Well we're back to chicken and rice.....
Burkina Faso is a small land-locked country in west Africa. As with so many countries in the area, food security is a major problem and we discovered that can often mean a very filling but calorie light meal. Tonight we ate Riz Gras (translates to fat rice, but was anything but fatty!) It was basically rice and chicken cooked together in a tomato sauce. It wasn't bad, but it sure was bland!

Next week we wind up the "B"s with Burundi.
