Two loves - travel and food. 
One goal - to cook a meal from every country in the world.

My name is Tara and I live in Victoria, BC, Canada.  My family and I love to travel and experience different cultures and ways of life.   Two significant limitations, finances and time, prevent us from experiencing as much as we'd like.  So my 12 year old son, Jack and I have decided to take on the challenge of preparing a meal from every UN member nation in the world - in alphabetical order.  That's 193 countries.  Through this website we hope to document our culinary journey and would love for you to join us!
