It's Botswana or Bust here in Victoria. Today our master chefs dished up some 'Seswaa', Botswana's national dish. Seswaa consists of poor cuts of beef stewed, steamed greens (we had spinach), and pap, a paste made of cornmeal and water.

We topped the meal off with 'Malva Pudding', which was essentially moist apricot cake. For the first time we invited guest judges, my grandparents, to share the meal. Almost everyone liked it, or at least didn't find it bad. While I thought it was pretty bland, I didn't hate it.
